A consumer-first sustainability platform
Sustainability, transparent by default.
Free, centralized, accurate sustainability ratings — bridging the gap between conscious buyers and the companies that earn them.
The problem
Consumers want to buy sustainably. They can’t.
Sustainability ratings are locked behind enterprise paywalls — built for institutional investors and compliance teams, not the person at the shelf. What reaches the public is marketing, not measurement.
want to buy from environmentally friendly companies — but can’t identify them.
don’t trust the sustainability claims brands make about themselves.
of public companies have any sustainability score at all.
“GPS trackers hidden in donated shoes traced them to an overseas flea market — not the recycling program printed on the label.”
The gap between sustainability claims and actual outcomes is exactly the gap Susty closes.
The solution
Sustainability at the point of purchase
A single, free platform that gives consumers reliable, comparable ratings — and gives companies a direct, consumer-facing channel to earn them.
Free and consumer-first
Ratings have always been sold to institutions. Susty puts them in the hands of the people who actually buy — at no cost.
Show the receipts
Every score traces back to its inputs. No black box, no self-reported spin — just evidence, cited and versioned.
Impact over compliance
Graded on what a company does, not how well it fills out a disclosure form. Built to expose greenwashing, not enable it.

The opportunity
Two large, fast-growing markets. One platform.
annual growth in the sustainability ratings market — on track to $4.3B by 2027.
global social advertising market by 2028 — the second engine behind Susty’s model.
Why Susty
No one is doing this for consumers.
Institutional raters serve investors. Climate software serves compliance teams. Niche apps cover one category. Corporate reports serve the companies that write them. Susty is the only platform that is free, consumer-first, impact-led, and engineered against greenwashing by design.

Built by the right people
Chase L. Buzzell, J.D.
Founder & CEO
An IP attorney and sustainability professional with deep experience in enterprise ESG, corporate sustainability, and carbon markets — who saw firsthand why today’s systems protect companies and investors rather than consumers, and founded Susty to rebuild ratings as an independent, consumer-first public good. A specialist founding team and advisory bench are being assembled alongside the seed round.
